Fixed tests on OpenBSD

Since OpenBSD 6.0 W^X is enforced.
Added `RANDOMX_FLAG_SECURE` in tests and benchmarks.
Updated comment.

Excluded `cpu_set_t` since it is not defined on OpenBSD.
